The Organizing/Participating Teams should ensure the items mentioned in below checklist for the smooth conduct of Camps

1. *Camp request letter in company letter head signed by the concern party.
2. Contact details of the person/persons who head the camp.
3. Closed restricted area for clinical examination (strict privacy of the person should be taken care)
4. Examination table/ Table of 4 feet height and 6 feet length to examine the persons.
5. Snehita mandates only a table and a mat in examination room.
6. Adequate Chairs and a registration desk needs to be arranged outside the examination room.
7. Table to be covered with clean Tabletops/Bedspreads.
8. We recommend adequate drinkng water for Volunteers and Visitors.
9. Encourage the members/team to do online registration, which will reduce their waiting times for examination
10. Once the camp is approved, organizers will have to bear the expenses for the camp including travel, food etc

**The organizing committee should first register for the camp online through our website and the same need to be approved from our end.

1. ക്യാമ്പ് നടത്തേണ്ട സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്‍റെ/ കമ്പനിയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ലെറ്റര്‍ ഹെഡിലുള്ള ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉയര്‍ന്ന അധികാരിയുടെ അപേക്ഷ
2. സംഘാടകരുടെ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായ വിലാസവും ബന്ധപ്പെടാനുള്ള ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പരും
3. പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയരാവുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് മതിയായ സ്വകാര്യത ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തണം. ആ തരത്തില്‍ ആയിരിക്കണം പരിശോധന മുറി ക്രമീകരിക്കേണ്ടത്.
4. പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന മേശയ്ക്ക് 4 അടി പൊക്കവും, 6 അടി നീളവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
5. പരിശോധന മുറിയില്‍ ഒരു മേശയും ചവിട്ടുപടിയും മാത്രം മതിയാകും
6. പരിശോധന മുറിക്ക് പുറത്ത് ആവശ്യത്തിന് കസേരകള്‍, രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് വേണ്ടി ഒരു മേശ എന്നിവ ക്രമീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
7. മേശകള്‍ വൃത്തിയുള്ള മേശവിരികളോ, ഷീറ്റുകളോ കൊണ്ട് കവര്‍ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
8. കുടിക്കാനുള്ള വെളളം, കരുതുമല്ലോ
9. ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ രജിസ്ടേഷന്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നത് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വരുന്നവരുടെ കാത്തിരിപ്പ് കുറയ്ക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കും. വിശദവിവരങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്
10. ക്യാമ്പ് ഉറപ്പാക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ ഫീസ് 10000/- രൂപ സ്നേഹിത അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
